I followed the dark-winged creature as it took me down a path I had never been before and yet I feel as close to home as ever under its shadow. The crowing calls me to walk closer.

This piece captures the vision of a bright summer sky in the desert. Wandering as I was, the vastness seemed to swallow me. Looking up, I was unaware of the dark figure that had been watching over me all along.

If ever there was a creature that embodied my spirit - dark, free, and keenly observant - perhaps it’d be the Corvus. it was at this moment of realization, I saw the creature flying alongside me. It had always been with me.
